Depending on the model, the Liebherr wine cabinets Vinidor and Vinothek, have different temperature zones and individually adjustable wine safes.
Wine cabinets - mature and store like in a wine cellar, but at home
Our high quality GrandCru range offers storage conditions to mimic a wine cellar; these devices maintain a constant temperature, which can be adjusted from +5°C to +20°C as required. Wine storage cabinets are ideal for long-term storage for the maturation of wines and depending on the set temperature, you can keep a large wine stock at a ready-to-drink temperature.

A cabinet for different types of wine
The Vinidor range offers maximum flexibility with two or three wine safes that can be set independently of each other to the exact degree from +5°C to +20°C. This means you can store red wines, white wines and champagne each at the optimum temperature in a single cabinet - thanks to the three wine safes.
These cabinets also create the ideal climatic conditions for long-term wine storage, and have an easily replaceable FreshAir activated carbon filter. With a fresh air supply ensuring optimum air quality, odours won’t affect the smell or taste of your wine when stored for a long time.
Thanks to the precise electronic control, the set temperature remains constant - even when the ambient temperature of the room the cabinet is in fluctuates.

Liebherr wine cabinets are designed and engineered with wine lovers in mind, which is why all of our new Vinidor models come with a vibration dampening system. This ensures that vibrations are not transferred to the wine which could impair the taste or aroma, with the added bonus that the cabinet makes very little noise compared to conventional models.
Handmade, natural wood shelves perfectly complement the shape of Bordeaux bottles, with capacity for many bottles of wine.
Perfect climate for fine wines
Wine needs constant temperatures in both winter and summer, and it’s just as important that UV light doesn’t hit the bottles any more than scents or smells. Even dry air and vibrations can affect the quality of sensitive wine, but Liebherr wine cabinets create the perfect storage conditions for high-quality wines.
Liebherr wine cabinets have a built-in FreshAir activated carbon filter, which ensures optimal air quality and prevents odours from the air from impairing the taste of the wine. The Vinidor floor standing and built-in appliances have an activated carbon filter in every wine safe, whilst in the UWT and WT series, a FreshAir activated carbon filter in the intermediate bridge filters both areas.
The right air humidity plays a crucial role in the long-term storage of wine, too. If the humidity is less than 50 percent, the natural cork can shrink allowing oxygen into the bottle and alcohol to evaporate. This not only makes wines sweeter but it can make them spoil quicker, too.
