Our office based roles start at a level 3 qualification while our workshop roles begin at level 2, both with the aim of progressing onto a higher-level qualification once completed.

I chose the apprenticeship after completing work experience with the company while I was at college. I have always had an interest in engineering and have been around plant machinery from a young age, so this apprenticeship was perfect for me. I really enjoy the hands-on aspect of the job and am learning every day. Everyone in the workshop has been nothing but nice to me and made me feel very welcome.
Early on in my journey I have already developed many skills from online courses that Liebherr offer, as well as working on live projects. The role of a business apprentice stood out to me for multiple reasons. The apprenticeship offers the ability to expand my education while gaining experience of working for a global business. Another reason I chose Liebherr is, as a business apprentice I get to rotate departments every six months. This is a huge positive as it allows me to learn new skills and discover the areas of the business I thrive in – and enjoy!
The apprenticeship stood out to me as it gave me the opportunity to experience all aspects of a global business and shape my future career in the way I want to. The apprenticeship offers a college course that is relevant to your skills and prior accomplishments and will provide you with the support needed to complete it. It has allowed me to work in multiple different work environments and learn a vast array of skills, all while making lots of friends along the way.
I chose the Finance apprenticeship with Liebherr because I have always had an interest in finance and when I came for my interview the team were very welcoming. I really enjoy working with my team and other employees within the business, plus I am constantly learning new skills everyday.
I chose the Finance apprenticeship because I wanted to branch out and try something new that could give me a career. From the moment I had my interview to today I’ve had nothing but good things to say, I’ve built great relationships with the people at Liebherr and coming to work never feels like a chore. I am learning new things all the time and choosing the apprenticeship was the best decision I’ve made and I’m excited for what it has in store for me.
I started my apprenticeship journey at Liebherr in 2022. I attend college where I am expanding my knowledge and skills whilst completing my qualification. I loved the idea of working and gaining experience of HR in the workplace, alongside working towards my qualification. Liebherr are very supportive and encourage me to get involved in as much as possible. The HR team are training me every day, as well as giving me the opportunity to have my own responsibilities. I am enjoying the role more and more every day as I grow in confidence!
I found about Liebherr through a family member and after completing my work experience with the company, I applied for an apprenticeship. I like that the apprenticeship enables me to earn a living for myself while I continue to learn. I enjoy the fact that every job is different and because of this everyone helps each other out. I like working in the welding bay as it gives me the workspace needed to get on with my work without any distractions.

I decided to undertake the Liebherr apprenticeship as I always enjoyed hands-on work, and I was interested in working on large machinery. I could see that there was a good opportunity to be had at Liebherr with a clear, progressive career path as well as being offered high level training by both the company and college.
