Appliances in the BluPerformance range offer maximum refrigeration performance so you can optimally store your food and quickly chill your drinks. All refrigeration functions can be simply and intuitively selected using convenient touchscreen controls. And, with the SmartDevice-Box, you can even control your refrigerator whilst out and about, and chill things down nicely before you get home.

BluPerformance is a quantum leap in terms of energy efficiency, with energy ratings as high as A on selected models. What this means is that you can enjoy fresher food and lower energy consumption at the same time.
More space for your food
What makes the new generation appliances particularly special is that all the innovative refrigeration technology has been integrated into the appliance plinth (or base) and, as a result, the appliances offer far greater net capacity whilst remaining the same size overall. This means that there is noticeably more space for your food and drinks.
However, BluPerformance appliances are not only more energy efficient - they also operate much more quietly, making them the perfect refrigeration partner.

In creating this new generation of appliances, Liebherr's goal is to make everyday life easier through the use of innovative technology. BluPerformance appliances are not only energy efficient, quiet, spacious and high-performance, they also offer excellent ease-of-use on a daily basis.
BioFresh
Liebherr’s unique BioFresh technology provides constant temperatures and ideal humidity, and therefore, at a temperature just hovering over 0°C, Edam cheese will remain fresh for up to 120 days in a BioFresh compartment (compared to just 10 days in a refrigerator compartment), and lettuce will keep fresh for a full 19 days (instead of 7 days). This not only saves you money - as you throw away less food - it also saves you time. A BioFresh compartment keeps fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and dairy products fresher for much longer than a conventional refrigerator compartment.
BioCool
The BioCool-Box enables you to regulate humidity, and so store fruit and vegetables to their very best advantage. In the BioCool-Box, your food will stay fresher for longer and, for ease-of-use, the BioCool-Box is positioned on smooth-running roller tracks.
GlassLine
The appliance interior is designed for flexible configuration with GlassLine shelves made from easy-to-clean safety glass, with premium-quality stainless steel trims. These shelves can be arranged according to requirements, and are very easy to remove.
Activated charcoal filter
All BluPerformance fridge-freezers and refrigerators feature a FreshAir activated charcoal filter, which is integrated into the PowerCooling fan housing. It purifies the circulating air by quickly trapping contaminants and odours, and ensures premium air quality within the appliance at all times.
Soft closing mechanism
BluPerformance appliances come with a premium-quality soft closing mechanism. Not only does it ensure that the refrigerator door closes automatically if left slightly open, it also guarantees gentle, secure and silent closure, even if the internal door shelving is fully stocked.
SoftTelescopic
The BioFresh safes in our Premium appliances are positioned upon telescopic rails, which feature a handy self-retracting system and a soft closing mechanism. LEDs perfectly illuminate the contents in every section of the appliance.
Sophisticated handle concept
The premium-quality handle is ergonomically shaped to make it comfortable to hold; it features an integrated opening mechanism to ensure that the appliance can be easily opened and closed. The handle is secure and strong, and is able to withstand years of intense everyday use.

Exclusively designed, right down to the finest details: all Premium appliances have drawers fitted with a stylish decorative trim, which glide gently closed, after use, on telescopic rails. Appliances with NoFrost feature an LED light integrated into the upper part of the door so that your frozen food is optimally illuminated.

Unexpected visitors or a last-minute weekend party: with BluPerformance, you know you have a refrigerator that can adapt to meet your needs. You benefit from being free to take care of your guests, whilst confidently knowing that your BluPerformance is taking care of your chilled food and drinks.
7" touchscreen display
The high resolution (800 x 600 pixels), 7" touchscreen display integrated into the door allows you to control your refrigerator in line with your needs. Pre-set programs, such as EnergySaver, MaxPerformance, Party and Holiday mode, offer maximum convenience in adapting to your everyday needs.
You can select your home screen preferred functions and view them at a glance. The storage recommendation function indicates how long a specified food remains fresh in the various cooling zones, and provides information about its vitamin and mineral content.
Benefit from a broad range of functions:
The Day-to-Day program is geared to everyday needs. It offers optimum refrigeration performance and efficiency, at standard temperature settings, for the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
The EnergySaver program is an extension of the Day-to-Day program. It allows you to further reduce energy consumption, beyond that achieved with the standard settings. To save additional energy, the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer compartments are increased slightly and, because the interior temperature is higher, the appliance’s refrigeration circuit has to kick in less, and so less energy is used. The EnergySaver program also provides you with helpful energy-saving tips. For example, did you know that you could save energy by defrosting frozen food in the refrigerator compartment?
When the MaxPerformance program is used, the appliance provides its highest level of refrigeration performance. This is particularly useful if you need to chill large quantities of food in a short time.
The Party program is ideal when preparing for parties: SuperCool and SuperFrost are activated to temporarily store and chill larger volumes of food. The Bottle-Timer quickly chills your drinks in the freezer compartment, and optimum drinking temperatures can be reached by simply specifying the number of bottles/cans and the total volume in litres. Once the optimum temperature is attained, an alarm will sound.
The Holiday program minimises energy consumption whilst you are on holiday or absent from home for longer periods by setting the refrigerator compartment temperature to 15°C. The temperature in the freezer compartment remains at the pre-set value of -18°C.
2.4” display
As an alternative to the 7” touchscreen display, the BluPerformance range also offers a 2.4” touchscreen display located behind the door. This indicates the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer compartments and, thanks to it being high resolution and high contrast, it is easy on the eyes and can be read from any angle. The menu is intuitive and easy-to-use.
