1. Shipping of accessories:
Accessories are shipped directly to you via DPD. For an order value of £50 or higher, your accessories will be delivered free of charge.
DPD offer rescheduling options for a successful delivery. You are able to select an alternative delivery date or opt to deliver your parcel with a specific neighbour, in a safe place or at the nearest DPD Pickup shop. You are also able to upgrade your delivery service for pre-12noon or a Saturday / Sunday.
A one hour timeslot on the day of delivery will be sent to you via text message or email. The Follow My Parcel live map provides you with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot.
We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland with some exclusions or extended delivery times for outlying areas:
Mainland Great Britain: Next Working Day, if ordered by 2pm.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Highlands: 2 Working Days
