Household Appliances (China)
For your safety and legal rights, we recommend that you purchase Liebherr appliances from our authorized dealers (click here for Dealer Locator) or our online flagship stores on TMALL and JD.
Due to different inspection standards and climatic conditions in different countries, only appliances imported through our official channels are approved by the relevant authorities and come with CCC certification that are in line with China's complex climate as well as environmental and safety standards.
All authorized Liebherr appliances are guaranteed a 2-year product warranty and 10-year compressor warranty nationwide. Appliances from unauthorized channels come with risks of malfunction and may be unsafe to operate, and will not be eligible for warranty coverage by Liebherr.

5-Year Warranty for Household Appliances in Australia
Liebherr guarantees your household appliance against defective material or faulty manufacture when used for domestic purposes for a period of FIVE (5) years from the date of purchase by the original Purchaser in Australia.

For two years from the date of original purchase, your Liebherr warranty covers all parts and labour to repair or replace any part of the product, which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

For a period of THREE (3) years from the date of purchase by the original Purchases in the country of purchase, your Liebherr warranty covers all parts and labour to repair or replace any part of the product, which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
