October its highlights in refrigeration and freezing technology.
As a highlight, the company is presenting its new and unique solution for connecting its commercial refrigeration appliances to external software applications. The web-based solution allows easy access from mobile devices and can cover appliances in any number of locations - nationally or internationally.
Functions that can be controlled via the web-based solution of Liebherr include, temperature monitoring and analysis for improved food safety. Additionally “SmartAlarm” is a software application, which analyses performance data and registers irregularities. In the case of signal abnormalities, “SmartAlarm” is able to help detect the performance deterioration before the alarm system of the individual appliance reacts. “Remote Service Access” makes it possible to access the data remotely, therefore the requirement for on-site service calls can be reduced. These function improve protection of the products and help to reduce service costs. Basic temperature monitoring of non-Liebherr appliances is also part of the innovative concept. The connectivity solution is linked to a new controller generation with focus on simple operation and improved display visibility.
