Shipping costs and delivery

1. Shipping of accessories:

 

Accessories are shipped directly to you via DPD. For an order value of £50 or higher, your accessories will be delivered free of charge.
DPD offer rescheduling options for a successful delivery. You are able to select an alternative delivery date or opt to deliver your parcel with a specific neighbour, in a safe place or at the nearest DPD Pickup shop. You are also able to upgrade your delivery service for pre-12noon or a Saturday / Sunday.
A one hour timeslot on the day of delivery will be sent to you via text message or email. The Follow My Parcel live map provides you with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot.

  

 2. Delivery times:

 

We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland with some exclusions or extended delivery times for outlying areas:

Mainland Great Britain: Next Working Day, if ordered by 2pm.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Highlands: 2 Working Days
Affected postcodes areas: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25.

Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands: 2 – 5 Working Days
Affected postcode areas: IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, PH19-26, PH30-41, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

We are not currently able to deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

 

Shipping costs and delivery

Please note that our warehouse closes at 1pm on 23.12.2022 and reopens at 8am on 03.01.2023. No orders will be shipped during this time.

Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking notification by email.

2. Delivery times for parts and accessories:

We deliver to Great Britain with some exclusions or extended delivery times for outlying areas:

Mainland Great Britain: 7-10 Working Days

Isle of Scilly and Scottish Highlands: 10-14 Working Days
Affected postcodes areas: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25.

Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands: 10-14 Working Days
Affected postcode areas: IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, PH19-26, PH30-41, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.

3. Shipping of appliances:

Our estimated lead time on MyStyle appliances is 10-12 weeks from the point of order, due to the customised nature of the product.
Once your order is with our delivery partner they will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
