Our estimated lead time on MyStyle appliances is 14-16 weeks from the point of order, due to the customised nature of the product.
Our estimated lead time for appliances held in stock in the UK is 5-10 working days, and appliances that are out of stock in the UK are usually delivered within 10-15 working days.
Once your order is with our delivery partner, they will contact you to arrange an exact delivery date.
Please note that free delivery applies to standard deliveries only. Standard delivery includes delivery to the ground floor room of your choice. We may request additional details and require a site survey to be carried out for non-standard deliveries. Additional charges may apply for non-standard deliveries. You should make us aware of any non-standard delivery requirements as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

If you purchase an extended guarantee, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and your invoice and confirmation of purchase will be sent on the first working day, 2 weeks after your purchase.
