Smart Device Box fails to connectThe Smart Box or the app are a problem. The Smart Box continually shows "WiFi Connecting", cannot be turned off or reset, and blocks the temperature display. The app (on 2.4GHz) shows "Device cannot be reached". Limied instructions are useless. Very good freezer spoilt by a less than helpful device. Forget WiFi and put the temperature display on the freezer door.

Smart deviceEasy enough to install and set up. It took quite a bit of pulling force to remove the cover and insert the device.
The app works fine and shows the temperature status of the appliance and of various other functions.
It is easier to adjust things on the app than on the slightly awkward menu touch screen.
The bottle timer looks useful. It allows you to chill bottles in the freezer and sends an alert when they are ready and before they explode.
You can turn on SuperCool and SuperFrost remotely, so if you are loading up with shopping you could prepare the appliance to receive the shopping when you get home. I doubt that I will remember to use it.
It sends alerts when there is a problem and when you need to replace or clean certain parts.
Overall, a nice thing to have and it works. Whether it is worth having is more difficult to assess. If you regularly adjust your appliance then it certainly is. If you don’t, it probably isn’t something you need.

Accessories are shipped directly to you via DPD. For an order value of £50 or higher, your accessories will be delivered free of charge.
DPD offer rescheduling options for a successful delivery. You are able to select an alternative delivery date or opt to deliver your parcel with a specific neighbour, in a safe place or at the nearest DPD Pickup shop. You are also able to upgrade your delivery service for pre-12noon or a Saturday / Sunday.
A one hour timeslot on the day of delivery will be sent to you via text message or email. The Follow My Parcel live map provides you with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot.
2. Delivery times:
We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland with some exclusions or extended delivery times for outlying areas:
Mainland Great Britain: Next Working Day, if ordered by 2pm.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Highlands: 2 Working Days

4. Shipping of digital products:
If you purchase an extended guarantee, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and your invoice and confirmation of purchase will be sent on the first working day, 2 weeks after your purchase.
