What should I do if I need to use my guarantee?

Please contact us. We will discuss your issue and arrange an engineer visit if required.

Can I purchase multiple WarrantyPlus for one appliance?

No, at present we only offer +3 and +8 year guarantees, and the guarantee must be purchased during your 2 year standard guarantee period.

Please note that side by side (SBS, X, or IX model numbers) are classed as 2 appliances and they will need one WarrantyPlus purchase per appliance.

How many warranty cases can I report?

We aim to protect the environment and repair faulty appliances wherever we can. There is no limit on the number of cases you can report.

Is the guarantee extended automatically?

Yes, you can purchase WarrantyPlus at any time during your standard 2-year guarantee. The extended guarantee then takes effect automatically as soon as your standard guarantee ends.

What are the conditions of the extended guarantee?

The extended guarantee must be purchased during the 2-year standard guarantee period. All terms and conditions of our standard guarantee are then continued in our extended guarantee. Full details of our extended guarantee terms and conditions can be found here.

Do I need to provide proof of purchase?

Yes, proof of purchase from your retailer is required. Your retailer can usually provide a copy if you do not have the original.

Can I pay in instalments?

We currently only offer a one-off payment option which can be paid using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

If my appliance is replaced under guarantee, am I still covered?

Yes, in the event of an appliance being replaced under standard or extended guarantee, we will continue the guarantee against the new appliance as if it was the original. This means that you are covered, but your guarantee does not start again, and you cannot purchase an additional extended guarantee for the replacement appliance.

What happens to the data I provide for WarrantyPlus?

My proof of purchase won't upload, what do I do?

You can usually upload an image up to 10MB. If you are having trouble uploading it, you can email a copy to [email protected], or you can WhatsApp us your image at +44 7522 186578. We will edit and return your image so that it will upload successfully.
Please note that our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm, any messages received outside of these times will be responded to the next working day.


Your extended guarantee is active from the time you place your order and begins automatically as soon as the standard 2-year guarantee ends. You will be sent a copy of your WarrantyPlus invoice 10 working days after receipt of your order.
